Soldian is a reef in the sound between Lerwick and Bressay. It is also an important placename on land throughout Shetland.

The scarf is a celebration of the beauty of simplicity and features our two marled undyed colours. It is suitable for the beginner and with the simple knit, purl and slip stitches achieves an elegance in texture and feel. It is a light scarf, meant for those just slightly nippy evenings in late spring and early autumn. It is done in JW yarn.
